Over the last few months, North Brisbane Serviced offices (NBSO) has seen a significant increase in the number of Health Care Service providers renting its short term meeting rooms for consultations.
This surge appears to be driven by an increasing client demand for personalised as well as specialised health care services. It has resulted in a willing response from many providers to offer the best, most flexible and cost effective customer service.
Rooms have been utilised for consultations relating to injury management, return to work and vocational assessments, occupational therapy, post-operative care as well as training and counselling services.
In addition to meeting with their clients, a number of health care focused companies have also conducted recruitment interviews at the offices. Some have even taken on a Virtual Tenancy and are successfully advertising Brendale as a satellite or regional office.
The NBSO reception staff are always sensitive to the needs of both visiting practitioners and their clients. The ground floor meeting room is wheelchair friendly as well as offering both privacy and relaxing furnishings.
The meeting room facility on the upper level can cater for larger numbers to attend consultations as well as offering training facilities and a very comfortable one on one chat corner ideal for counselling services. Disabled car parking is also available directly outside the office entry.
NBSO is located in the northern Brisbane suburb of Brendale, with close proximity to the Gateway Highway heading south and the Bruce Highway heading north. Meeting rooms can be rented from as little as $33 per hour which of course has a flow on effect, enabling practitioners to offer a very cost effective solution for their client’s health care treatment.
NBSO welcomes site inspections during office hours (Mon to Thurs 8.30 am to 4 pm or Fridays until 1.30 pm). Due to the regular usage it is recommended to ring beforehand to check if the meeting rooms are available for viewing.
