Do you need warehousing space? We have warehouse space to rent on two levels. Part space rental is available to smaller operators who may be too large for their garage, but not quite large enough to hire a whole warehouse.

There are two sections of the warehouse, the ground floor and the mezzanine. Two container height roller doors access the ground level and it has 260m² of usable space.

The mezzanine level is accessible via the tenant’s forklift for storing bulky items. There are also stairs on either side of the platform. The mezzanine has 140m² of usable space.

The warehouse is ideal for onsite management. It has direct access to the kitchen, washroom and our larger offices.

Long term office tenants have the option to utilise a small area of the warehouse for their needs as part of their rental agreement. This is a great feature of the NBSO office complex, which sets us apart from office-only serviced office providers.

We work closely together with all our tenants to ensure their warehouse area is separate and secure. We encourage our tenants to bring their own shelving and set up the area in the format that will best suit their business.
