The on-line booking services for the various meeting rooms at NBSO means I can check room availability at the same minute I receive a meeting request from a client and this is all included in my monthly rent.
The 24 hour access also allows me to meet clients at a time of our choosing, and I am comfortable that the security system and lock-up procedures ensure the after-hours safety of my clients and me as well.
