I have been a tenant of NBSO since 2014 and joined them when I decided to relocate my business coaching company. I originally rented meeting rooms on an as needed basis but as my client base began to grow I moved to a short term lease of my own office space with NBSO. After 6 months I converted to a 12 month lease and could not be happier with the value-for-money service I receive.

My clients are greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist, my room is immaculate and I make regular use of the free boardroom facility for meetings with larger groups of clients. The on-line booking services for the various meeting rooms at NBSO means I can check room availability at the same minute I receive a meeting request from a client and this is all included in my monthly rent.

The 24 hour access also allows me to meet clients at a time of our choosing, and I am comfortable that the security system and lock-up procedures ensure the after-hours safety of my clients and me as well.

NBSO has definitely helped me to grow my business, just like their slogan says.

NBSO is in a convenient location, has neat/clean offices which present well with internet connectivity ready to go.

NBSO has far exceeded our expectation of a serviced office environment.  We expected to be ‘the tenant in room 3’ of a professional looking but ‘cold’ workplace, having little or no interaction with NBSO management or fellow tenants.  Instead, we enjoy a very pleasant working environment surrounded by friendly, professional people.  The NBSO Management team are always approachable, open to suggestions, and go out of their way to assist and accommodate us wherever possible.

Our only reservations were the fact there are no external windows. Not being able to see outside felt quite claustrophobic at first.  Putting up photographic artwork of our Brisbane River has definitely brought life to the offices.

For our business operations, we enjoy having more space (we recently upgraded to a larger office) for storage of files etc.  .. A place for everything and everything in its place, as they say.  There is nothing we dislike about our office!

NBSO go above and beyond to keep their tenants happy.  They take on board suggestions, immediately attend to any issues we may have, and keep us updated on progress. Quite simply, we support NBSO by paying our rent on time, and NBSO supports us by doing everything else!!
