NBSO has far exceeded our expectation of a serviced office environment. We expected to be ‘the tenant in room 3’ of a professional looking but ‘cold’ workplace, having little or no interaction with NBSO management or fellow tenants. The NBSO Management team are always approachable, open to suggestions, and go out of their way to assist and accommodate us wherever possible.
Our only reservations were the fact there are no external windows. Not being able to see outside felt quite claustrophobic at first. Putting up photographic artwork of our Brisbane River has definitely brought life to the offices.
For our business operations, we enjoy having more space (we recently upgraded to a larger office) for storage of files etc. .. A place for everything and everything in its place, as they say. There is nothing we dislike about our office!

I originally rented meeting rooms on an as needed basis but as my client base began to grow I moved to a short term lease of my own office space with NBSO. I have been using the meeting rooms at NBSO on an ad hoc basis since July 2015. I set up my accountancy practice a year ago and while establishing my business, I was looking for a low cost option to see clients without having to enter into a lease.
Julie has gone above and beyond to answer my many questions, so it made choosing NBSO an easy choice. Booking an appointment is made very easy with a phone call or email. Julie and her team greet all my clients with a great level of professionalism and ensure they are well looked after with tea, coffee or water. Whenever I am in the office, Julie always makes me feel welcome and takes a great interest in my business and how it is progressing.
