We have two meeting rooms at our North Brisbane site for hire by the hour, half day or on a daily basis.
The Boardroom
Our larger North Brisbane meeting room, The Boardroom, seats up to eight people. Local businesses use our large meeting room for seminars and group meetings. While interstate businesses who need meeting rooms on the northside of Brisbane utilise the facility to catch up with clients and local staff members. Located on the upper level accessible only by stairs, it is popular with our clients who provide training, counselling services and interviews.
Our friendly reception staff greet clients on arrival. Refreshments can be made to order and our pay-as-you-use printer/copier/scanner is located in the reception area.
The Boardroom has a lovely street aspect and can seat up to eight people easily. It also has a conversation nook with armchairs for more intimate meetings. Hire charges include Wi-Fi internet connection.
The Boardroom features Whiteboard facilities and a Data Projector for use when you book the large meeting room. Our reception staff are happy to assist with set up requirements for different room configurations. It is the perfect meeting room for demonstrations and presentations.

The Small Meeting Room
Our Small Meeting Room is perfect for visiting sales staff who need meeting rooms in North Brisbane. Located on the ground floor, it is Room G1, which is adjacent to the North Brisbane Serviced Office reception.
Perfect for one-on-one interviews or a small meeting of up to three people, it features muted tones, high speed internet and air-conditioning.
Our reception staff greet visiting clients and drinks can be made to order.
Access to our printer/copier/scanning machine is conveniently located in reception, should visitors wish to use any of the facilities at reasonable prices.
Accountants, Solicitors, Health/Lifestyle Practitioners, Financial Planners and Recruitment Agencies are the primary users of this meeting room.
